Whew! I can’t believe that a month is almost gone! It’s depressing in a way; time going by so fast. My friends and I are madly scribbling away, but I’ve noticed that others, no doubt due to other commitments, have fallen behind. This will be the last weekend to get any substantial writing done.
If I concentrate, I can get one book done and a good chunk of a second one completed. I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving this weekend (and I hope my U.S. friends have an awesome time!) so I can spend the time writing.
Honestly though, I’ll be glad when this is over. While NaNo is a great way to get writing done, it takes up a LOT of time. I’m going to need a break before getting into the edits.
Happy Thanksgiving to the U.S.!! Enjoy your turkey and that unique day known as Black Friday! I’ll watch that on the news in the comfort of my home.
